Shipping Info

How much does shipping cost? 
Standard Shipping is a Flat Rate of $5.99. All orders are shipped USPS. 

When will my order ship out?

All items in-stock will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders will be shipped out via USPS and should arrive within 3-7 business days.  We are not responsible for any items delayed by USPS.  Delivery times do not include Sundays or Holidays. 

How can I see the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.  After your order is shipped, you will receive a 2nd email with your tracking information.  

How do I return my items?

• All regular-priced items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 
• Shoes, Accessories, Intimates & Clearance ITEMS are FINAL SALE. This includes purchases made with discount codes.
• Items must be sent back & postmarked within 10 days of receipt.
• All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with the original Evangelene & Co. tag attached to the garment. We will not accept items with makeup stains, holes, pet hair or that smell of cigarette smoke/perfume.
• Customer will be responsible for Return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  We recommend using USPS (post office) and the original packaging to ship.  If you need to use different packing, that is fine!  
• Any items received past the 10 day period will be refused and returned to customer at their expense.  
• We must be contacted within 3 days for any claims of Damaged Goods.
